Developing a strong grant proposal that will get funded means having a project or program plan of action with every step articulated as strongly as possible. How your goals will be accomplished needs to be crystal clear to a funder reading your proposal. Often times, our clients come to us with a great idea for a project but need to better develop the steps to achieve their goal. We work with environmental nonprofit organizations, educational institutions and government agencies to problem-solve, identify risks that could threaten the success of the project, and identify additional partners or resources to make the project successful. Successful grant proposals succinctly articulate the need for the project or program with clear steps showing how and why the program is designed the way it is.
